Each of my team members were recruited because they were the happiest folks to interview for their positions!

They have a passion for what they do, love people, and have been in the dental field for 20-30 years, developing and honing their skills and each of them teaching others along the way.

Together, they share my love of creating and maintaining smiles; more importantly, they share my love of building relationships with those we serve!

Amy

Office Manager

Hello and welcome to Zimpfer Dental! I’m Amy, our office manager, and I’ve been part of this amazing practice since 1993. I handle many aspects of the front office, from scheduling and answering phones to financials.

One of the greatest aspects of my career here has been getting to know our patients and building great relationships with them. I have watched many children grow up, get married, have children of their own, and bring those new family members to see us. That is a testament to the level of care we provide.

Like so many of those we see, my life revolves around family. My husband, Tim, and I have been married for 28 years and we have three grown children. We love Disney and you can often find me there for a long weekend trip with my annual pass. (By the way, my dream retirement job is to work at Walt Disney World in Florida!) Tim and I also enjoy watching Colts football, high school lacrosse (our son played and my husband is an official, so we are involved), and Indy Fuel hockey. I also like to volunteer, for the city of Westfield, Colts Camp, or dearest to my heart, Give Kids the World in Florida. I have done a lot of baking over the years for various events – and just because!

Antoinette

Back Office Manager

Welcome! My name is Antoinette and we’ll likely meet in the Zimpfer Dental clinic area. An Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, I have been Dr. Zimpfer’s chairside assistant since graduating from Professional Careers Institute in 1993. Along with working chairside, I handle all of our CEREC® and implant scheduling, order supplies, and am our OSHA Coordinator.

I feel fortunate to help people feel comfortable in our office and love seeing them leave with a wonderful smile. Even more amazing is when they return, smiling because they’re genuinely happy to see us! Over the years I’ve watched families grow before my eyes and had the pleasure of getting to know multiple generations of amazing families.

I am truly blessed with a great church home and a loving family. I’ve been married for 29 years and have three outstanding adult daughters. I have also worked for the U.S. Military for 12 years, taking radiographs and performing dental treatment needed before deployment. Additionally, I have been privileged to volunteer coach youth basketball and softball, along with enjoying my favorite pastime in the Pilates studio.

Kayce

Hygiene Assistant

Hello! I’m Kayce and I’ll be one of the people you’ll meet in our clinic. I’ve been part of the Zimpfer Dental team since 2008, having started my career in 2002. Among my responsibilities are keeping patients up-to-date on X-rays and cleanings, and assisting Dr. Z, as needed, in treatment planning.

It is a joy to get to know our patients personally and I look forward to learning who you are and all about your life. That’s one of the benefits of being part of Zimpfer Dental: we’re all personable and really enjoy building relationships with those we serve. Helping friends take care of their smiles is simply rewarding.

My life partner, Jeff, and I have been together for almost 20 years. We have one daughter, Alison, and a Boston Terrier, Madi. I collect Coca-Cola and love to work on jigsaw puzzles. The largest puzzle I have done is 3,000 pieces! Recently, I have starting doing handyman projects around the house and have found joy in restoring/repurposing furniture.

Ruthann

Dental Hygienist

Welcome and hello! My name is Ruthann and I’ll have the pleasure of helping you achieve your best oral health. I graduated from IU Dental School - Dental Hygiene in 1969 and was welcomed to Zimpfer Dental in 2005. In addition to cleaning teeth and providing fluoride treatment, I offer education and encouragement, so patients know how to keep their oral health in great shape.

I enjoy working with and getting to know each patient as an individual. Everyone has stories to share – about their day, family, plans for vacations or the weekend – and I learn so much by listening. I take pride in helping patients, who’ve become my friends, take control of their oral health. Seeing a clean and happy smile at a recall visit makes my day.

I grew up in Indianapolis and my father was a dentist. I was always hanging out and helping out in his practice. After I graduated from hygiene school, I moved around the country with my husband’s job and worked in many dental offices. I finally moved back to Indiana, met Dr. Zimpfer, and began to work with him in 2005. While I’m passionate about dental health, family is first-and-foremost in my priorities. I have two married daughters and three grandsons who are 14, 12, and 11. Keeping up with their football, wrestling, baseball, and basketball activities keeps me busy. I also love to travel, throughout the U.S. and internationally.
